Fertility is a journey that touches every part of you

It can bring hope, uncertainty, waiting, strength and vulnerability — sometimes all in the same day. Wherever you are on your path, this is a calm, private space where you will be listened to, supported and cared for as a whole person.

Physiotherapy here is not a fertility treatment, and no outcome is promised. It is a gentle, evidence-based complement to your medical care — helping you feel more comfortable, more connected to your body, and more supported through every stage of the process.

Your journey, your pace, your goals

No two fertility journeys are the same. Whether you are preparing your body for conception, managing pain through treatment cycles, recovering from surgery, or finding your footing after loss, care is tailored to what you need right now.

We take time to understand your history, your symptoms, your treatment protocol and your emotional load. Nothing is rushed, and everything is explained. You remain in control of every step.

How we support you

Caring for both body and mind

The physical and emotional parts of fertility are deeply connected. Our role is to ease the physical burden where we can, so you have more capacity for everything else.

Easing pelvic and abdominal tension

Gentle scar, soft tissue and pelvic floor work to reduce discomfort, improve mobility and help your body feel a little more at ease.

Calming the nervous system

Breathing, regulation and down-training techniques for a body that has been carrying stress, waiting or medical procedures for a long time.

Supporting you through treatment cycles

Flexible care that adapts around IUI, IVF, transfers and procedures — gentle enough to continue, and adjusted to your specialist's guidance.

A space to feel like yourself again

Beyond symptoms, we make room for the emotional experience of fertility. You are welcomed, heard and respected as a whole person.

Collaborative care

Working alongside your wider team

Fertility care is best when it is joined up. With your consent, we are happy to communicate with your gynaecologist, fertility specialist, GP or other healthcare providers so that everyone is moving in the same direction.

Our physiotherapy is always complementary to your medical treatment — never a replacement. We respect your protocol, your timing and your specialist's guidance.

What to expect

A gentle process, from the first visit

01

A gentle, unhurried conversation

We begin with your story — your medical history, your treatment path, your symptoms and your emotional load. You choose what to share, and we set the pace together.

02

A careful, consented assessment

With your permission, we look at abdominal wall and scar mobility, breathing, spine, hip and pelvic movement, and pelvic floor tension. Everything is explained, and you can pause or decline anything at any time.

03

Soft, targeted treatment

Gentle scar and soft tissue work, pelvic floor downtraining, breathing and nervous-system regulation, and simple movement strategies tailored to your cycle or treatment stage.

04

Flexible, ongoing support

Sessions are scheduled around your protocol and adjusted around procedures and transfers. We adapt with you as your journey changes, always keeping you at the centre of your care.

How physiotherapy helps

Small, meaningful shifts in comfort and wellbeing

More comfort in your body

Easing pelvic muscle tension and scar restriction can make intercourse, penetration, examinations and everyday movement feel easier.

A calmer nervous system

Breathing and regulation techniques help settle a body that has been in a state of alert, waiting or tension for a long time.

Feeling informed and supported

You'll understand what your body is doing, what might be contributing, and what small, practical steps can help.

Care that sees the whole of you

This is a space where your emotional experience matters as much as your physical symptoms. You are never just a number or a cycle.
